As part of the planned strategy of integrated development and expansion throughout the J.Banks group of companies, the business of Serco (Plastic Injection Moulders) Ltd has recently been acquired in a move calculated to further strengthen the coordinated scope of the inter-group’s manufacturing facilities.

Based in Wolverhampton, Serco (Plastic Injection Moulders) Ltd is a well-established and highly regarded specialist in the production of precision Plastic Injection Mouldings. Supplying a diverse and prestigious customer base throughout the UK, together with several international clients, the company operates eleven highly efficient state of the art injection moulding machines that offer capacities ranging from 22 tonne up to 150 tonne.

Whilst the intention is to build on the Serco reputation and to actively expand the external client base, the acquisition of Serco provides a strategic link in the J.Banks supply chain; ensuring that the continuous supply of high quality key plastic components are readily available to meet the increasing assembly line requirements of the groups central production plant.
