The company has made two announcements this month relating to the further expansion of the groups Design and Development services.

To cater for the increasing customer demand for bespoke product designs, together with the company’s own continuous programme to develop new and innovative products, the R & D team has been further strengthened with the appointment of a new design engineer. Operating the very latest CAD / NT Solid Works programmes, the department can offer a comprehensive range of design services and customer driven development projects.

As a further example of J.Banks commitment to investment in advanced technology and to further demonstrate the groups ability to deliver a complete, ‘concept to manufacture’ facility the company has recently invested in the very latest Rapid Prototyping equipment, which enables the company to provide customers with a fully dimensional prototype sample, where required, within hours of a design being approved.

These latest advances in the group’s design and development facilities have been co coordinated to bring together a complete customer service covering Plastic Injection Moulding, Zinc Pressure Diecasting, Turned Parts, CNC Machining and Bespoke Product Manufacturing.
