Small Steps, Big Impact: Our Sustainability Journey
A few months ago, we completed a sustainability assessment with the MTC and were proud to achieve Level 2. While it recognised our progress, it also highlighted areas for improvement.
This month, we took action by holding our first Sustainability Steering Group meeting, bringing together team members from across the business. It was inspiring to see colleagues share initiatives they’ve already started, and we discussed ways to improve together, including clearer training on waste segregation.

We’re also lucky to work with customers who share our sustainability values, from using recyclable packaging and reusable containers to returning boxes for reuse. With their support, and by reusing packaging from sub-contractors where possible, we’re reducing waste and keeping materials in use longer.
